Service Types
I offer two different types of repairs. Some fixes can be done remotely but other issues can only be done in person. After form completion, I'll let you know your options for the repair.
Remote Fix: I use a free software called AnyDesk to access your computer remotely for the fix. You will have to install this on your computer, but don't worry, I will send you an easy-to-follow guide and it is not a time-consuming install.
On-Site or In Person

- 🚚 Drop-Off We'll work together to find a time to drop off your system
- 🔧 Diagnostic: I’ll diagnose your system to identify the issue and suggest solutions.
- 🛠️ Repair: After your approval, I’ll fix your system and ensure it’s working perfectly.
- 🚚 Pay & Pickup: Your system will be ready for pickup
Remote

- 💻 Follow Remote Instructions: I will contact you with a short, easy-to-follow guide to setup remote access.
- 🔧 Schedule & Pay: I'll work with you to find the best time for the remote repair.
